People HR Solutions India provides:
Resume writing, editing, and optimization
Interview preparation and coaching
Career consultations and HR advisory
Job posting platform for employers and recruiters
Gamified promotional tools and interactive campaigns
Partnerships with consultants, NGOs, and organizations
All services are provided virtually unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Gamified Promotional Tools
Interactive tools (spin-the-wheel, scratch cards, mystery boxes, countdown timers etc) are strictly for marketing and engagement purposes.
No monetary gambling or betting is involved.
Outcomes are randomized and rewards are limited to promotional offers or discounts.
Misuse of these tools may result in disqualification from rewards.
4. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may use third-party services such as Tally.so (form builder), Chatbase (AI chatbot), or payment gateways (Cashfree).
We are not responsible for their independent privacy practices, availability, or errors.
Users must comply with the terms of these third-party platforms.
5. Data Collection, Retention & Deletion
Data submitted (resumes, job postings, forms, chatbot interactions) is retained for up to 12 months unless deletion is requested earlier.
Data is used only for service delivery, communication, and analytics.
Personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
6. User Consent
By using our website or services, you consent to collection, storage, and usage of personal information for service delivery, communication, marketing, and analytics.
7. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older.
Accounts or data submitted by minors will be terminated and deleted immediately.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
8. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
All actions from your account are deemed your responsibility.

9. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before service initiation.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Resume writing: No refund after draft delivery.
Coaching sessions: Rescheduling allowed once with 24-hour notice; cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Job postings, promotional tools, and partnership offers are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
11. Service Delivery Timeline
Standard services delivered within 3β5 business days, depending on scope.
Timelines may vary due to client responsiveness or external factors.
Delays caused by force majeure, technical issues, or third-party platforms are not our responsibility.
12. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate personal, professional, and organizational information.
Respond promptly to drafts, queries, and revisions.
Review all content before publication or submission.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data.
13. Job Posting β For Employers & Recruiters
By submitting job postings, you agree to:
Submit only accurate, genuine job information.
Have authorization to post on behalf of your organization.
Allow People HR Solutions India to review, edit, approve, or decline postings.
Avoid charging job seekers registration or placement fees.
Be solely responsible for content; we are not liable for inaccuracies, disputes, or candidate issues.
Understand listings may remain live for up to 30 days unless renewed.
14. Partnerships β Employers, Consultants, NGOs
Any partnership request is subject to approval by People HR Solutions India.
Users must comply with partnership guidelines, roles, and responsibilities.
Partnerships may be terminated at our discretion for breach of terms.
Partnership activities must not harm our brand, website, or other users.
15. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Services enhance employability, recruitment efficiency, or engagement, but results are not guaranteed.
External factors (market conditions, individual effort, employer response) affect outcomes.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, logos, materials, and promotional campaigns are the intellectual property of People HR Solutions India.
Copying, redistribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
User-submitted content (resumes, job postings) remains the property of the user, but we may use anonymized data for analytics or promotions.
17. User-Generated Content
Users must ensure content is legal, non-offensive, and does not infringe third-party rights.
